Ordering and Shipping Information

Hookhider wants to make your ordering experience as easy as possible. If you have a question that the following information doesn't answer, please e-mail us.

Payment Options 

After you've browsed through our site, select the items you wish to purchase by choosing them on your order form. Be sure to fill out all necessary items on your order form including your name, shipping/billing addresses and your method of payment.  Your order form will be encrypted and sent to our secured server.

You have the following methods of payment available to you:

1. Purchase with Credit Card
   Hookhider accepts Visa, Mastercard and Discover credit cards.  We will process your credit card number when we receive your order.
2. Purchase with Check or Money Order
   If you do not feel comfortable ordering over the Internet with your credit card, or you simply do not have a credit card, you can pay for your order using a personal check or money order. Your personal check or money order must be in U.S. dollars drawn on U.S. banks. The amount of the personal check or money order must be for the total amount of the order, including shipping and applicable sales tax. Orders will not be processed until your personal check or money order is received by us. Personal checks must clear the bank before your order will be processed. Orders will be held for 10 business days pending receipt of your personal check or money order.
3. Mail/Fax Order
   If you choose the Mail/Fax Order option, your email will contain information for you to complete at the bottom regarding your method of payment. It will also contain instructions on mailing or faxing the form to us. Simply print the email, fill in the information and mail or fax it to us.

4. Phone Order
   In the event that you would like to speak to a customer service representative about your order prior to placing it, or would like to place your order over the phone, please call us toll-free at 1-877-999-4665. We will be glad to take your information over the phone.

Order Time-Frame

We can ship (domestic U.S.) your custom rod in 7-10 working days. In the event that you are paying with a personal check or money order, your order will not be processed until your payment is received in the mail. Personal checks further require clearance at the bank prior to your order being processed.

LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY

Hookhider IM6 and IM8 series rods are warranted for repair against defects in workmanship and/or materials.

If the product fails: send rod, proof of purchase and replacement fee. IM6 Gold series replacement fee is $28.00; IM8 Pro series replacement fee is $45.00. Shipping & handling of replacement rods is $20.00.

This warranty does not cover damage due to abuse, misuse, normal wear or excessive wear caused by neglect.
